A candidate arrived very scruffy in ripped jeans and a t shirt, and knew nothing whatsoever about the business, I could had ended it after 30 seconds as clearly he was not suitable. In the end it lasted 5 minutes and, apart from his name, I am not sure he answered any other questions correctly. He just did not prepare in advance.
