New Business Development/ South England / Up to £35k + Commission
To be successful you must have block management experience either within Sales or as a Block Manager.
Duties to include:
·To proactively develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations
·To ensure regular communication is maintained with the client within the progression of the sale throughout the enquiry, setup and handover stages
·To develop and maintain a strong pipeline of client contacts through market research and networking activities
·To manage both informal and formal new business tenders and the bid process
·To direct and co-ordinate sales activities including updating and managing the management listings and marketing material
·To co-ordinate the administration process involved including the agreement of the service contract
·To ensure a succinct and detailed handover of the client account to the operational property management team.
To confidently deliver new business pitches to prospective clients.
If you are in a very similar role at the moment or if you are currently a Block Manager and would like to stay in the industry but feel that you need a change, then this role could be for you. You will need to be well presented, experienced in giving presentations and have an in depth knowledge of the sector.
You will have a keen eye for detail and be used to dealing with clients where service levels are paramount. It is expected that you should have several years' experience in residential block management and the IRPM qualification is desirable for this role.
